Virtual Office

What does the Service include?

Whatever you need. We will offer a tailor made service, so you will only pay for what you will need.

What if a client shows up without warning and I’m not there?

We inform you that at that time there is no one in the company to assist you and we advise you to tell us your decision about it.

What if I want to unsubscribe?

You have no commitment to stay and we will not charge you any penalty. We only need a 30-day notice to cancel the agreement.

What if I just want to rent the office or the meeting room for hours?

If you are going to do it usually it is cheaper to request a monthly bonus of hours. They are paid in advance at the beginning of the month. If you are going to do it on time, just contact us and reserve what you need.

If I want to use the office or the room How far in advance should I advise?

We do not ask for a specific notice. At greater notice, logically, greater availability.

What if I do well and I want a fixed dispatch?

We will give priority to the rest of our customers when it comes to having a permanent dispatch. You will not need to change your address or phone number.

What if I get a certified letter or something urgent?

We will notify you immediately via an e-mail of notice at the moment.

How long can I hire the service?

For as long as you deem necessary.

When hiring the service with hours of physical space Should I decide if I want meeting room or office hours?

It is not necessary. We understand that needs can vary.

If I use any service any more a month How do I pay?

If you use any service (courier, photocopier, printing service, stationery, catering) we will charge you on the invoice for the following month.

What if I have a Virtual Office that does not include meeting room or office rental but I want to use it someday?

No problem. We will invoice it on the invoice for the following month.

What if my needs change? Can I change the type of service?

What is a business center?

What differences do you have regarding the rental of a traditional office?

In traditional offices you have to face the costly task of installing and configuring your workspace. And for this you must:

Sign a lease for a specified period.

Buy the furniture.

Make the necessary contracts for the provision of various services (telephone, Internet, light ….).

Hire office staff.

Buy the computer and communications equipment.

Time, resources and of course money.

What if my space needs change?

We are flexible and we provide solutions, you can adapt at any time to your needs and pay depending on the space you have hired at any time.

Is it possible to choose the configuration of my office?

Of course, cnplus offers you different configurations to suit your needs. You can choose from an office for a single person to large offices with a work desk or meeting room.

Should I provide office equipment?

cnplus is equipped with everything you may need. We have high standing furniture, communication equipment, internet connectivity throughout the center, color laser printers, scanner, ..

How safe am I?

In cnplus, we have closed circuit television with connection to the central alarm, 24 hours a day.

Who assures me that everything will be as contracted?

At cnplus, customer satisfaction is our main goal.

When can I start working in my office?

The layout of your space is entirely up to you. At the time the contract is made, you will have at your disposal the space contracted.

What exactly will I be charged on the bill each month and when?

At the beginning of the month we charge the established rate and the consumptions of the previous month if there were (telephone, messaging, etc.)

What is the method of payment?

The one you choose: check, direct debit, transfer, credit card, cash …

What if the office is small or large before the end of my contract?

Regardless of the period you signed up for, if you needed to change to one with more or less capacity you can do so without any problems. We give you total flexibility.

Is there a minimum and maximum period of service contracting?

You can hire for as long as you consider necessary, at least an hour and maximum what you consider.

How will my calls be answered if I am not in the office or office?

We will answer your calls with the name of your company and we will manage them according to (transfer of calls, sending of e-mail, etc.)

The classification of the offices depends on the number of jobs, could it include more jobs in the office than the indicated ones? Would it cost more?

The minimum to reserve will be one hour. We do not have a reservation maximum, except for the marked availability of the facilities.

What if I need to cancel the reservation?

To cancel the booking you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Would we have computer equipment?

In our facilities we do not have computers for the use of customers, because each client in this sense has very particular needs.

What is the schedule?

You can book the meeting rooms or offices from Monday to Friday (workdays) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you need it at another time, consult.

If I contract the catering service do you serve it in the meeting room?

We can serve you in the meeting room during the meeting or in another meeting area.

And if I use any service during the stay (photocopies, telephone, printer)?

You can use all our extra services with no problem. They will be charged in the total bill at the end of the stay.

If I should receive someone Will they attend my visits?

Your visits will be attended by our staff as directed.

Can I use the rest of common areas?

You can make use of all common areas, bathrooms, cafeteria area, etc.
